Dragon researches from the University of Pavia published a journal article in the IEEE Journal of Solid States Circuits (JSSC). The paper describes a frequency multiplier by 6 which is designated for use in the LO chain of the D-band radio, upconverting the input LO signal from X-band to E-band. Novel circuit topologies are introduced which allow over 35dB harmonics rejection at the output LO signal, over a 20GHz bandwidth.
